This series of images depicts a process undertaken with large housing development company here in Australia.

Step 1. (image 1)  A massing model was created and then reviewed with the relevant marketing and design people.

Step 2 (image 2) a more detailed model was then created based on this discussion which allowed the sales people to create their own images for pint and web media.

Step 3 (image 3) Finally the model was exported to 3D Studio Max where it was rendered in a photographic style for use in brochures .
