When i installed Viewbuild on my Laptop Object information would not apper in the OBJECT tools. The GENERAL tab was empty and none of the other selections would work either.
Andray and I work on this for hours diagnosing that it was a confilt with my video card GeForce go 7800 GTX and problably hamperd by my antivirus (Trend) or Spyware (Spybot Search and deystory)
I tried updating the drivers from Dell and Nvidia but neither fixed the problem. I ended up Starting over and reformating the Harddrive and reloading the video drivers and Software. CAD '08 and Viewbuild. Works like a charm now!
This is simply to do with Windows XP Service Pack 2 font changes.
Go to Control Panel->Display Click the Settings tab click the advanced button click the general tab on the new window that appears change DPI setting to 72 DPI. Click apply restart ViewBuild
