Hello my name is Jeffrey Matchett I'm new to the software, and new to the forums, I'm hailing from Colorado, and I was wondering if any of you have used the Trace Tool command. I've been unsuccessful with the tool. I understand Studio max V9, and Maya also use Sketchup, I want to get more into Viewbuild, any help?
The trace tool is for aligning objects to surfaces.
Simply select this tool and click and hold the left mouse button on the object you want to align and drag the the mouse cursor - the object will follow the mouse cursor and align the object to whatever topography underneath the mouse cursor.....maybe another video is in order.
